      -Diverse learning experience in the tax department -Small company allows you to get to know everyone -Corporate sponsored tax technical trainings, CPA membership, dinners and car service during busy season

      Cons

      -Lack of specialization even as you advance -Too much focus on billable hours / efficiency rather than quality of work -Lack of mentorship and care from senior managers and above -Very long spring busy season - enough to burn out the average employee, but if don't have a family or life outside of work, doable
