      -CEO has implemented new policies designed to improve the experience for new individuals -Firm is open to listening to ideas to improve the firm from all employees, regardless of level

      Cons

      -Work/Life Balance -The way the firm prioritizes clients leads to unnecessary travel -Poor implementation/roll-out of new IT system prior to when the final platform was finalized and fully functional -New policies and other operating decisions are not fully supported by all partners and are not adopted consistently from office to office.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
