Pros
I was hired to support an office in Indiana, but I am able to work from my home in GA. Management, and the team that I work, with has been awesome through this whole process. The company flew me out for orientation and training and everyone that I met was very welcoming.
Cons
I absolutely love working from home for Crowe. I would say the only Con is that I do not get to interact with an office staff, in person, on a day to day basis. That can make forming work relationships harder, but my team members are great about reaching out to see how things are.
