      Pros

      Tries to work with people who have families and require flexibility. Co-workers were great! Felt like we were all in the weeds together and could empathize with each other.

      Cons

      Typical public accounting firm with long hours and extensive travel. Staff and seniors continuously overworked. Sometimes difficult to find a 'convenient time' to take vacation.

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Work life balance and remote flexibility is great here. Everyone is also supportive and willing to help where they can

      Not the best communication with management and not always clear on the best path for growing or being open to opportunities
