Pros
- Great people - Gender split: Some sectors are more male-dominated but for the most part Crowe has a good gender balance - Family friendly: Lots of employees have families and kids and don’t hate themselves - Not many big egos that work here - Great work life balance - Will not work you to the bone
Cons
- Not much communication across the firm. Once you’re in a team, you mostly talk to that team and occasionally to some people in your sector. - Deep specialization is part of the firm strategy, but if you’re straight out of college and you want to rotate around and find out what sector you like best, you won’t find much opportunities to do that. Once you’re in you work there, and there’s not much established processes to transfer. - Sometimes management communication isn’t the best (key word: sometimes)
