      The only pro i can think of is travelling.

      If you run into issue where you need help but no one can help they just let you go. Management is a joke.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
