      Phone plan reimbursement, wellness portal, retirement plan matching

      Cons

      Hours are horrible get ready to work. They throw you into the wolves to fend for yourself without training. You learn a lot but it’s not sustainable to make a career because your mental health will be bad for the amount of stress you are under. They underbid on projects so you are stuck working a ton of hours on multiple projects

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
