      I really liked the company when I first started. Great benefits, unlimited PTO, office was closed the week of July 4th and the week between Christmas and New Years

      Cons

      Voiced concerns over workload and balancing everything. They acted concerned but never actually helped unload work or distribute it more evenly.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
