The people there are friendly.
Cons
There is a lack of leadership with the younger partners who are waiting for the older partners to retire, meanwhile nobody is improving the business. The hours are what you would expect from public accounting, but they are not competitive with salary. Busy season goes all year long due to under-staffing and hard work is not appreciated, it goes unnoticed. You will never be shown appreciation and the "thank yous" are rare.
