Leadership makes you feel like you actually matter. They often offer incentives throughout the year like an extra paid holiday for making a Glassdoor list, free Company merch, or Company paid events. Compensation is competitive. If you're a high performer, they will do a lot to keep you and keep you happy. Some amazing mentors among the partners and senior managers who will push you to grow.
Cons
Work life balance isn't great, similar to any other public accounting firm. If you're a high performer, you're given more work. Low performers can last pretty long here due to inability to get rid of them (easy to ride the wave) and you end up having to pick up their slack. There are some toxic partners at the top who will drive you a bit nuts the higher up you get. It's still audit no matter which way you turn it.
