      Without any prior meeting or information. My manager called me and said your employment haa been terminated when I was 7 months pregnant. Such an unprofessional thing.

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
