Pros
The team I work with have been great. Though many cuts have been made, the South Bend office is doing more than we have in the past to keep morale high.
Cons
Lots of uncertainty about job security. Emphasis on moving work overseas. Benefits have been cut, holiday schedule has been reduced, time off is being monitored by management. Wages have stagnated multiple years and even before that increases never kept up with inflation.
