      This company offers great pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Speaking as someone outside of the core Tax and Accounting, the leadership structure is top heavy. The higher level management cannot or will not see lower level granular issues. Partners upon partners with seemingly no accountability for them who cannot grow business. During downturns, only the lower level employees suffer via layoffs.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
