People you are working more than 3-4 years will take all your credits and demoralize no scope for management to hear out concerns, juniors are targeted. No scope of a healthy and growing culture, rather only your short coming will be made publicly out. No work-life balance, pay is peanuts. They need to change their senior management you don't work anything and take credit for all the things.
