      i like that they have summer fridays off

      Cons

      Management spoke ill of their employees to each other. They only hired me to fill a few months of position vacancy without being upfront about it in the beginning.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
