Busy season hours expectations are 60-65hrs minimum despite being told 50-55hrs prior to onboarding. Travel time does NOT count towards billable hours. There are seniors and managers that will insult, belittle you and lie on your reviews if they don't like you. Travel in not optional or minimal. Expect to travel over weekends and holidays and for at least 5 weeks during busy season. If you are an intern or new hire most of the existing staff will get together when your profile is released to make disparaging comments about the way you look, the school you went and many other things.
