      No pros in there. None.

      Cons

      Managers will just throw everything to you and set unreasonable deadlines. First case haven't done, there comes second and third case assigned to you. Managers are lack of knowledge, which will be asking seniors on juniors' works, like how they get this and that, what this and that meant for.

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
