Pros
-Front desk staff is awesome -Members are great people -Nice place to workout
Cons
-Low wages -Unrealistic expectations for use of floor time and “maximum” allowed hours. -Poor management -Inefficient CRS lead to personal loss of income if you don’t keep an eye on things -No structure to hiring, managers will keep hiring which will impact your ability to fill your book during slow times -No policies regarding PT management handing off sales (since they don’t train) -Favoritism will also dictate whether your book gets filled. -Sketchy booking system will lead to income loss because management doesn’t follow through with checks/balances. -No professional at all -Every man for himself is encouraged by management even though the company structure for PT is set up to benefit team success.
