For students, the "flexible" 20-hour schedule that is promised is a myth, as management will suddenly change these requirements after getting you committed as an employee. The corruption extends to client interactions, where trainers are encouraged to use deceptive tactics, such as hiding 3-to-6-month contract lock-ins to boost sales numbers. Integrity is also non-existent at the leadership level. I witnessed management intentionally promise to process client cancellations and then later "forget" just to protect their personal commissions. Furthermore, lead distribution is governed by blatant favoritism from the PTD and front desk rather than merit. Even with top-tier client retention and proven physiological results, you will be passed over for kickoffs if you aren't part of the inner circle. It is a high-drama, transactional environment where senior leadership's directives change by the day, and your value is measured solely by the amount of money you can squeeze out of a client, not the quality of service you provide.
