Pros
-Free gym membership and PT sessions -My position was super easy -Generally great co workers
Cons
-Incompetent management that does not know how to train their employees -Management is terrible at communicating. They ignore emails, texts, etc. Unless it’s something they inquired about first. -They moved me part time without warning. My position was full time for 7 months, and my last 2 were part time with no warning. I was left scrambling to find another job to keep a steady income. -There are no benefits to speak of besides for health insurance. No PTO, no retirement, nothing. The pay was also less than what was listed on the job posting and was only boosted after months of asking. -They will fire good employees for no reason and keep bad ones. They wrote up someone for having to leave and take care of their child who was throwing up blood at school and later fired them for having to stay home with them. They also fired the AGM for not coming in to cover a shift in the middle of the night when he has children to watch. -They did not let me do my job. They tore apart my position and left it with barely anything to do for no reason. I was never given a bad report or told what I was doing was wrong, I was just stripped of responsibilities I was doing well at. -When working at the pre-enrollment site, no on site bathroom was provided, so I had to walk in sometimes harsh weather conditions just to relieve myself. Water was also not always available. Temperature control in the pre-enrollment trailer was poor and I was left drenched in sweat in the summer and freezing cold in the winter on certain days. -When I injured myself on site on a break, I learned the company did not have workers comp set up in the state (I didn’t meet the requirements for it but still, how can you not have it set up???). They also did not know about sick and safe time which is required by law in my state. -Has super scummy business practices. Since I dealt with customer complaints over social media, I saw how many people they overcharged and screwed over.
