There is a strong leadership team who have big plans for the future, some great people and a real can-do attitude. The people are friendly and really care about doing a great job.

shorter breaks& paid vacation & pay raise for good work & better sir lol

ESOP, promote within, positive financial projections, stable company.

Cons

Hours can be long, some disconnect between upper management and staff, communication between departments can be delayed or non-existent. Some tribalism between departments.
