Great Company!! - Credit Controller Crystal Group Employee Review

I have been here only 4 months and most of my ideas have been incorporated or accepted. I came in with the intention of not just being a part of Credit Control but also running the Legal Side of collections and I have been given that opportunity which I am grateful for. The company seems to have a stable future in other lines of litigation so jobs won't be on the line. They are a company that takes pride in looking after their staff through in house benefits, training, regular surveys to bring out the best in individuals and teams. Marley the office dog is a blessing, she is a great moral booster and myself I am lucky to have the responsibility to walk her when she comes to the office. Flexi time and Zero weekends is another plus here, after working for 7 years having to do weekends and long hours Crystal has taken away that stressful part of my life and I can now do hobbies and other outside of work commitments. Free Coffee, Parking. We have a great collections manager.
