Pros

The teams work well together and it's easy to get on with people if you keep your head down and work. The work in my team (Credit Control) is quite easy and doesn't require much effort. My manager is firm but fair and works hard for us.

Cons

Some teams are controlled in a very strange way by managers. Small differences of opinion between team members get brought up by some managers as if they're huge issues. This can be really upsetting if you just want to get on and work. 'HR action' is used as a threat whenever someone has an issue with their workload. Too many colleagues have been forced to leave because the managers doesn't like them (at least that's how it seems to the rest of us).

Pros

ESOP, promote within, positive financial projections, stable company.

Cons

Hours can be long, some disconnect between upper management and staff, communication between departments can be delayed or non-existent. Some tribalism between departments.
