Pros
Great people, great CEO - Tony keeps us up to date with the changes and ensures we are all happy and well, doesn't just ignore us when in the monthly meetings or walking round the floor, always has time for sales which isn't always what you get at other companies. Our trainers are absolutely brilliant and I would highly recommend them! We have an amazing team of sales managers now, I love my job and my team. Whenever I need something Darrel is there and he has taken the time to understand my approach to things. All in all, a fantastic company doing right by the customer.
Cons
Negative people moaning and trying to bring this place down! If we had sick pay it would be great - maybe if it could depend on how long you've been at the company and your absence record as people would take advantage of it. As for the basic pay its a lot better than other sales companies, especially the commission structure and targets.
