Considerate on employee personal take offs.

Employees not willing to learn new materials and not willing to take the responsibilities to promote company reputation and products. Employees are not professional and not willing to take charge. Employee are constantly talking about personal lives then work relates to each other. Employees are too comfortable with their assigned jobs and will delegate work to new comers.

They always pay every week , started 8:00 am and finished 5:00pm the employer was amazing.

There were not many cons other than sometime shipment would come late. There would be day with out work because of Material not being ready.
