Pros

Learn how companies can manipulate and exploit candidates in the name of hiring.

Cons

Interviewing with this company turned out to be one of the most disheartening experiences of my career. After clearing the initial rounds, they sent me an offer letter, which seemed promising at first. However, the reality was far from it. The work timings were highly unreasonable, starting at 3 PM and stretching till 5 AM, with no regard for work-life balance. What made this experience even worse was the misleading approach. The team gave me positive feedback throughout the week, creating false hope that I would be onboarded full-time. However, after a grueling week of working 15+ hours daily under their "assignment," they abruptly ended the process, citing no reason. Shockingly, I discovered that the same had been done to 15-20 other candidates simultaneously. This company is clearly exploiting candidates, making them do their work in the name of assignments, with no intention of hiring. It’s a highly unethical and manipulative practice that wastes people's time and energy. For candidates: Be extremely cautious before engaging with this organization. The attractive offer and positive feedback are just tactics to exploit your hard work for free. For management: Practices like these damage your reputation beyond repair. Treating potential hires as disposable resources is not only unethical but also deeply disrespectful.

Pros

- Ownership opportunities - Hands-on client account handling experience

Cons

- Extreme lack of work-life balance (11 hours everyday, 5 days a week + phone calls and texts on weekends/days off) - No leave policy: no allotted casual or sick leaves available. You neither get leaves on Indian public holidays, nor US ones. Even when they grant you a leave, they'll make sure to unnecessarily text or call you and cause panic - Founders lack interpersonal and communication skills to treat employees with even minimal decency and respect - Highly arbitrary bases of judging performance
