Hired explicitly for growth opportunities that never materialized. Spent majority of probation period without any assignments despite being available and eager to work. Less competent consultants given projects while I remained on bench. The few roles eventually offered were basic positions requiring long commutes. Probation period ended suddenly without warning after 6 months.
