Friendly work environment, accommodating management on personal level, generous with money, genuinely tried to help when possible
Cons
Hired explicitly for growth opportunities that never materialized. Spent majority of probation period without any assignments despite being available and eager to work. Less competent consultants given projects while I remained on bench. The few roles eventually offered were basic positions requiring long commutes. Probation period ended suddenly without warning after 6 months.
