DO NOT WORK HERE!!!! Cult Gaia is the most toxic place I have ever worked at. I have never seen an owner and “mediator” of the company/staff encourage “mean girl” behavior by being mean people themselves. So many people go to the “mediator” of the company to express issues, concerns and conflicts with coworkers and instead of trying to resolve it and keep comments anonymous…. He goes and tells the person word for word what was said about them, and who said it without a resolution. The tension that comes from this within the teams are insane!!!! Everyman for themselves at this company. NONE of the higher ups care about anyone. You also get paid NOTHING because the owner spends it on herself and all budgets go to the design departments. So if you aren’t on design … good luck making a living. ALSO to note that this building was infested with rats for months without anything being done to fix it. Coming in to find rat poop/pee all over your seat, keyboards, drawers and product. There were rat nests in the closets and fabrics. If that doesn’t express how little the owner cares about her employees I don’t know what will. PLEASE DO NOT WORK HERE UNLESS YOU WANT MORE MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES.
