Do not work at Cult Gaia unless you want to get let go due to false claims about you. I was let go while on my approved time off because it was said that there was an altercation between me and a fellow employee. This claim is completely false!!! But not surprising that they would make this type of stuff up. The entire building is infested with rats to the point that employees come to work with rat poop on their desks. There are rat traps through the office, filled with poison, which I am sure can’t not be healthy to breathe in. These traps are places throughout the kitchen area, a space where you’re supposed to eat?? In addition there is no HR so who are employees supposed to voice their concerns too? The top floor of the building is covered in mold - and they sometimes send interns up there to “organize”. It’s all extremely disappointing that upper management does not care about their employees what so ever, but can buy new furniture worth five figures. To not make it a safe and healthy work environment but have 100% travertine tables for the asthetic. Once again, if you are considering working here, DO NOT!
