Pros

At the beginning of my time in CN, I must say that it was awesome, we had so much fun in the company, it was truly the spirit of a startup. Flexible work schedule (depending on your team's needs and boss), great responsibilities, nice office, OK-ish equipment (PC, mouse, keyboard, etc.), lots of learnings and skills development, super international colleagues that can easily become friends, plenty of events and parties (not necessarily organized by the management).

Cons

Sometimes the management seem to have a blurry idea of where they are going as a company, or what are the needs (in terms of people) to drive the company to its objective, therefore they hire people for this team or this other, and then their plans change so the employees are laid off or even worse, they are switched to other positions where the person has nothing to do or is not interested in.

Pros

In this company I have really learnt a lot in SEO field. I met good people and get more knowledge than I would get in some other companies. It was great experience but I am happy that it has finished.

Cons

Somehow in CupoNation you are pushed to work really more. So be ready to work from 9am to 7-8pm. Before in Cuponation you could get more knowledge but now they are hiring only interns like a mashines for work. All leading positions are already taken so dont beleive promisses like: about 30% of interns are getting extention of contract after internship. That's how interns are getting motivated and reason why they think they need to work more. It's a startup and there are always lots of work. So when you cannot reach goal in the end of the week you feel that you need to work harder.
