Made redundant, reassured us they were looking to minimise redundancies, job matched us to other positions which we interviewed for, then told us we weren't qualified enough for the roles they matched us to. Got rid of a whole department including management and service managers, gave us false hope and made us jump through hoops for jobs rather than be brave enough to tell us they didn’t want us. Staff redeployed to different departments only to find out 2 months later they were back up for redundancy. Left a whole load of customers without support. Left a number of us jobless waiting to hear if we had jobs and took their sweet time with it. Poorly paid for the job we did Didn’t stand by their own CROFT values
