Colleagues are the best bit about this job Give you free lunch on Black Friday and Boxing Day, it’s just as shame we aren’t given a proper break on these days to eat it
Cons
Ridiculous number of targets to hit, end up giving things at a discount just to reach them Questionable practices in store to hit said targets Occasional kind customers, doesn’t make up for the horrendously rude customers you get everyday Thrown into the deep end straight away and expected to flourish
