Pros
staff uniform was not itchy.
Cons
there were minimal extra staff benefits for workers. tiny staff discount of 10%. change in culture of management was not looking at the effects of the staff, morale was shockingly bad, turn over was very very high. Due to the low levels of staffing set out training given was sparse at best as there was no time to train anyone. Level of service given to customers dropped noticeably.
