Pros
Great people, great technology to work with, good training programs and the opportunity to do extra specific courses with different brands. The company also often run competitions, one of which I won once, which was a nice perk!
Cons
Some stores are very old and dull-looking, which isn't a great environment for customers. Progress is very slow with regards to promotions. The job is seen as the be all and end all - life can wait.
