- Poor management as don’t take accountability and fail to delegate tasks effectively. General manager is discriminatory towards disabled and LGBT+ customers and staff. Often abuses his power to threaten and intimidate staff. Upper management has been notified of this but no action has been taken - Often short-staffed - Frustrated customers take this out on colleagues - Lack of training and often thrown in at the deep end - Head office fails to notify store workers when policies change - Long hours, often being made to work a closing shift followed by an opening one the next day - High pressure to sell extended warranties and additional products even if customers don’t want them
