Pros
I honestly cannot think of one thing I enjoyed about working there
Cons
Complete lack of good management and training. Continuous meetings. Upper management just takes information from lower staff and then regurgitates it as their own without giving credit to anyone who has put in the work. Constant meetings and no one department can stay in line with what the other departments are doing, so even if you all agree on something in a one hour meeting it rarely follows through, so you have to have another meeting. From this you then end up working on projects that then become redundant. They say it is 8.30am-5pm but from experience this isn't the case and I was rang on the weekend, after hours and late at night (11pm) to be asked questions about work. I've honestly never worked in such a disorganized place with so many awful personalities competing to be the loudest on calls. There is so much more... but the point is stay away unless you love burn out corporate culture and horrible management styles.
