Really bad leadership - Security Officer Curtis Protective Services Employee Review

There are no pros to working here.

Owner was verbally abusive to me over the phone regularly. Shaming my weight and calling me worthless, amongst other things.

Nothing to really speak of.

You have to hand deliver your weekly time sheet to the office from however far away you are or you will not be paid. They refuse to use any electronic means of timekeeping. They retaliate if you report a sergeant or officer for bad or unsafe behavior. Firearms safety issues were brought to the attention of management and they did nothing.
