Pros
Pay and work life balance is average you will not do more than 40 hours typically.
Cons
Leadership doesn’t stand up for you. The office is very demeaning to the whole team making you feel like children. The owner curses at his in office staff and doesn’t make the best decisions. If you need to call out just one day. You can expect hours to be take away from you etc. I just don’t recommend.
