Pros

The product is good and cheap.

Cons

If you are reading this and considering an offer from this company, please read. Do not join this company unless you have no other options. I am not going to disclose everything in this review because it is airing dirty laundry and candidly I considered whether I should say anything or not at all, but I wish others had the courage to be transparent on glassdoor when I was considering the offer. But strongly avoid at all costs. Hand on heart, you ask them how have they treated people in the company? What would former employees say? Did you treat them fairly? At the very least they will probably up your offer, but deep down you'll see it in their eyes there is no hiding it. Its bad, rotten firm and i wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Pros

Fun deals, mix of fast movers and strategic cycles, helpful leadership and a collaborative team.

Cons

Not a lot of inbounds, will require you to close at a high level, manage your book well, and be willing to hunt for opps.

Pros

My team has been very supportive since day one. I was given a clear 30/60/90-day plan that made onboarding feel organized and thoughtful rather than overwhelming. There’s also a genuine focus on growth — regular trainings, micro-learnings, and development sessions that make it easy to keep building skills. The benefits are a big highlight. The company covers 100% of medical premiums for employees and dependents, which is rare. There are also stipends for home office setup, internet, wellness, and even opportunities to connect with coworkers. We have a recognition program with monetary rewards and a giving platform that makes it simple to support causes you care about. There’s a strong culture around philanthropy and community involvement, with volunteer time off and company-wide initiatives that encourage giving back. The flexible PTO policy is another major plus and helps support work-life balance.

Cons

Cons: The company is in a growth phase, so priorities can shift and things can move quickly. If you prefer a very structured or slow-moving environment, that pace might feel challenging at times. Leadership has acknowledged this and is working to improve communication and change management as the company scales. It would also be great to see continued progress in increasing female representation in leadership, particularly at the director level and above. Leadership has been transparent about this goal and seems committed to improving it. Overall, this is a company that cares about its people and invests in their growth. If you’re someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and values flexibility, development, and meaningful benefits, it’s a great place to build your career.
