During the interview you will be promised big things that will not happen, ranging from hybrid working to carreer progress & training. The management is really good at selling you the job, but it won't be too long before you realise nothing good in the company will happen. The working environnemment is extremely toxic, trust is not given and the culture is built around the 'watch your shoulders' concept: be ready to justify each single one of your actions if you join this company, because everything will be used against you. This company has got the highest leaving rate I've ever seen, as soon as people can they run away. Mostly they wait 12 months due to wanting to keep their CV professional, however if they could they will all run away after few weeks of employment. It doesn't matter if your job is in production or in the office, you will not be happy in this company. You will be asked to work more, to do more every day, and you will not be given anything back for your hard work. Not a genuine thank you, not a bonus, nothing. Simply do not join it because you will regret it.
