The experiences gained, when able, are excellent stepping stones for budding developers to take elsewhere and gain employment from a larger tech company
Cons
- Nepotism: As I worked there over the years I came to find out that many employees were related to each other one way or another. Many of the issues I would run into working here started to make sense as these relations would unfold - Communication: makes it difficult to get simple tasks done, as well as, obtain necessary project information - Trust/autonomy: management does not trust their team/their experience. I felt like my work experience was undermined 90% of the time and I spent my time fixing "fixes," from management under a tight deadline - Unprofessional: All the way down to HR there is unprofessional behavior Overall toxic work environment, after leaving I stumbled upon articles about toxicity in the workplace and it describes this exact environment. I would not recommend working here
