CyberSearch's staff are very good at their jobs and truly care about the people they hire. The onboarding process was modern, quick, and did not take much time to complete. Payroll is accurate and on-time. And the incentives are very healthy and generous.

HireRight was an outsourced company by CyberSearch in the onboarding process and, for lack of a better explanation, they did a horrible job. They could not complete the background check due to several things, first among them, not saying my name correctly when speaking to my references.
