I started my career as Junior resource and upgraded myself over the period of time with right exposure and support from the Management and Team mates. Some of the positive points, 1. Organization has good relationship with vendors and partners in the region which gave ample opportunity for technical team to learn new technologies which are niche and have good need in the market. 3. Clients are generally high-profile, which helps accelerate professional growth and credibility. 4. Leadership encourages continuous learning and supports certifications relevant to the the role. 5. Flexible work arrangements compared to traditional consulting firms, which helps with work-life balance during non-peak periods.

I have seen lot of improvements during the last few years but as we grow, there are certain things which can be improvised 1. Workload can be more during major client engagements where client request senior resource to drive the project. 2. Project timelines are sometimes aggressive, requiring long hours during critical phases. 3. Internal processes and documentation could be more standardized as the company scales. 4. As we all are working remote, so we suggest to have some regular engagement to have a better team work and coordination.
