Pros

Good network of colleagues, pay, benefits

Cons

You can tell from recent reviews there is some turmoil. Inspired by Elon, the CEO gives off this air of 'if you don't like it we don't want you here'. Startups are hard but there is a difference between adversity and toxicity... Cutting someone down to the point of tears is NOT productive or normal. We have to consider different viewpoints and use these as learnings to improve

Pros

High-growth cybersecurity company, meaningful equity upside if things go well, still in build mode which enables real influence on how the GTM org is built and scaled. Strong product-market fit narrative in a space with urgency. Cross-functional visibility across Alliances, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product. Encouragement to build AI workflows and adopt across the stack.

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

Remote work Competitive compensation (depending on role) Cybersecurity industry exposure

Cons

Everything not named in the "pros" section. Significant cultural issues stem from leadership teams, specifically in the CX function, where leaders have formed a sense of being untouchable (which they genuinely might be). A lack of oversight in this regard has fostered a hostile work environment. Company's growth and potential are currently being stifled by a management style that prioritizes ego over professional conduct and employee retention.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and experience. We appreciate hearing both the positive aspects you highlighted, including the product and industry exposure, as well as the areas where you felt we could do better. As the organization continues to grow, feedback from current and former employees plays an important role in helping leadership better understand differing experiences across teams and functions. We remain committed to investing in our culture and overall employee experience, and also recognize that building a strong culture and positive employee experience requires continuous investment, attention, and accountability and this remains an ongoing priority for the leadership team. We appreciate your candidness in sharing this feedback. If you are open to it, we encourage you to connect directly with HR so we can better understand your experience and continue the conversation.
