      Amazing people and work environment. Lots of growth and learning opportunities. The company is doing very meaningful work, helping people get jobs in cyber and that is really exciting.

      We are growing very fast, which means there is a lot of change and sometimes it can get really confusing...

      Pros

      Your role in the company is what you make of it - if you want to take on more responsibility and have a good attitude, it doesn't go unnoticed. Also, for a startup, the benefits are great and actually help you to be successful, not just "free snacks" but competitive 401K matching and good healthcare options.

      Cons

      It's a growing company so sometimes not everyone is on the same page, but it's definitely getting better.
