Pros

Great place to work if you enjoy motorcycling. Off-road, sport bike, cruiser, adventure, or anything with 2-3 wheels. You get to meet interesting people and talk about your passion every day. Career advancement has been pretty quick for me.

Cons

Pay during non peak hours can be a little lower if you’re not prepared for it.

Pros

Lots of freedom, good work environment, if you have your head in the game you will make money. In my opinion as well it is easy to move up in the company, you just have to do good and have passion and job offers will be offered to you through your employment here, As a full time employee you do receive MANY benefits as well.

Cons

Corporate could be better, stores need more support and we don't get it. Such as broken fixtures, displays, ect. If a store needs something it should not have to wait months to be approved. Commission could be better as well. It is decent at 3% but there are good days and bad days in this company just like all so with a higher commission % it would allow employees to have a more stable check and possibly even push sales associates to do even better as well.
