Pros

good coffee, central location. some days you can work from home. Some pleasant colleagues. a good first job as a graduate!

Cons

no career progression pathway, no real care for employees, their development and progression. Opportunities and job title promotions come to those close to the CEO in a very random way. Fire fighting non-stop, no real vision, plans come and go, all done last minute. The lack of proper planning and direction is outrageous therefore work-life balance is non-existent. weekends, evenings... No recognition or celebration of success. You'll get a tap on the shoulder if you are lucky! The pipeline is poor, nothing exciting to be honest. I am seeing good people leaving the company every day. Salaries are not great either!

Pros

Cycle is a smaller but growing pharmaceutical company. They do a great job of listening to their employees and incorporating their thoughts into their business model. They strive to provide a family feel and value their employees and their expertise.

Cons

Cycle is growing quickly and this has caused some minor growing pains but the upper management is very aware of this and works to quickly resolve any issues.

Nice managers, salesforce, nice coworkers

Cons

Terrible training because the trainer had too many people to train and their own work load, no room for growth, used employees to accomplish migration cases and then fired employees, prejudging employees on hiring date and other employees mistakes
