Quality management training from bottom to top - Account Executive Cygnus Concepts Employee Review

The work environment at Cygnus Concepts has been the most unique I've been a part of. I believe in working hard and playing hard, so coming to work everyday and working with highly motivated and ambitious group of individuals is very refreshing. What I like about the position is that there's no seniority, no favoritism, and the advancement is based on merit and performance.

Training highly unmotivated individuals who are doing enough not to get fired.

Great support from the management staff- Whenever I had an issue with anything I was able to find a solution by discussing what the issue was and working past them. You don't find that a lot of companies that have a management staff who actually care enough to listen and help fix or find solutions to problems. -Great office environment -Competitive Compensation and benefits -Measurable promotions that I could actually get -I really enjoyed the VIP (Golf, charity, and Century link) events I would get to attend with the company -Personal Growth is something I really got here. I was very shy and timid and in the position I would work with different people, be asked to run meetings and be put in situations where I had to be put in the spotlight and it really caused me to step out of the comfort zone. I am such a different person now and I owe it to my experience at Cygnus.

They don't have locations everywhere yet, otherwise I would work with them still. I left due to a relocation. I still think about the time I spent here. I am hoping they expand to the East Coast. Learning a new position is always challenging. You need to be 100% dedicated or focused or it will take you longer to grow. This includes learning and overcoming weaknesses. Its hard to do this and people don't want to know what they are not good at.
