      High Salary, Good office, Good location

      Cons

      Almost all employees that leave Cyphertee have to face the problem of bad feedback about themselves in their new compnay. The directors are very sweet to your face and give you a satisfactory relieving letter but behind your back they are the most unprofessional people you can imagine. This is the reason why the company, even after more than 4 years have just 1 major client and only a handful of employees. One of the directors removed the other one this year so as to put the blame of such activities on him. By joining Cyphertree, you will get paid well but your career will be at stake forever.

      By the way, this is not a gossip column. When someone leaves they leave by choice and not by force. You got paid handsomely for you work and you had a great work-life balance. Cyphertree values skills and hardworking people and always promote skills over the background. We gave you a platform when you had zero coding experience and IT industry knowledge. Wish you all the best and hope you have more positive approach in life.

      Pros

      All your peers would be top notch. So you would be learning a lot. It's difficult to get in but if you do then you would be working with people who are better then you in different aspects to you learn and teach while working. There is discipline in the company. Things are streamlined. Company is fair with policies when it comes to leaves etc there are no unwanted hidden rules. No office politics. Work life balance with challenging work. The work you do is challenging but no one asks you to stay all day at office. Your work is planned in a very good way.

      Cons

      I don't have any particular cons because what I learned working at CypherTree will be there with me for the lifetime.
